Seattle Trip
Hey All,
Tom here. I am currently in Seattle, Washington sitting in a Barnes & Noble that I frequented as a child growing up here. I've been here since last Saturday. It has been a wonderful Trip.
I write to you all with a lot on my mind. I am preparing to leave on a two-year church mission on November 19, 2008, but am planning to release two acoustic albums and a full-length studio album (with the band) before I go. I've decided that the name of the full Length album will be "Seattle Rain". My acoustic albums will be "Jenny's Third" and "Carolina". They will have an array of beautiful tunes that I am very excited about. Many of my acoustic songs are close to my heart.
I am so thankful to all who have attended my shows, listened to my music, and supported me through my years. I promise this is no where near the end of my music career. I intend to release more even while I am gone for two years.
In more current news, I play my last show on November 15, 2008 at Salt Lake City's Kilby Court. The address information can be found at kilbycourt.com and in the events section of my website. The doors will open at 7pm.
I'll keep you informed on this event as well as others as more information comes to me.
Be kind to others,
Tom Butler
